Vinco High-Purity Ball Valves

Staitech offer a range of 2, 3 and 4 way high purity ball valves suitable for steam, gas and liquid applications.

The Vinco LP, XP, RP and MP ranges are manufactured by Vinco Valve of Portugal, with all models complying with the current ASME BPE standard.

LP Series

Manufactured by Vinco Valve of Portugal, the LP range offer a cost effective solution for line isolation in non-critical pharmaceutical installations. Standard LP valves have open PTFE seats which are suitable for gas, liquid and low pressure steam applications. LP valves are suitable for use in environments requiring ATEX certifications.

XP valve

XP Series

Staitech offer plain gaskets in several FDA and USP Class VI compliant materials such as EPDM, Viton and Silicone. Gaskets are also available in a number of high performance materials which address typical gasket issues such as creep, bore intrusion and ineffective sealing caused by thermal cycling in steam and hot WFI systems.

RP Valve

The RP range of ball valves are manufactured from bar and can be supplied in any grade of stainless steel, C22 alloy or duplex materials. The external body surfaces of the RP range are polished as standard, making them and ideal choice for clean room applications.

MP Series

The MP range are available in 3 and 4 way configurations with either ‘L’ or ‘T’ port ball design. As with the RP, the MP is machined from bar, so can be produced in a wide range of materials in any size up to 4″.
