Staitech have been commissioned by a customer to design and manufacture a specialist transfer panel adaptor. This unique component has a standard ASME BPE clamp connection on the front panel and proprietary couplings on the rear. Machined from 316L stainless steel, the unit will be installed into the system and will allow the user to split the sample through the 2 couplings.

Staitech was recently asked by a client to manufacture 2 custom parts for a pharmaceutical facility in the UK: The first a sight glass which was to be fitted to the side of a mixing tank to allow for convenient level measuring by the user. It is a standard Staitech manufactured HSG04 sight glass in 316L stainless steel, but with an extended 500mm Borocilicate glass viewing window.

For the sceond application the customer required an actuated valve to the base of the tank, but a due to space contraits this wouldn’t have been possible with the standard supplied stem. The solution was to fabricate an extended stem that allowed the actuator to clear the tank underside.
